Roger W. Scearce - Senior partner and owner of Vanguard Advisors LLC. A highly respected leader with extensive knowledge of DoD business operations and logistics stemming from a distinguished military career spanning thirty years -- that included combat service during Operations Desert Shield/Storm and Deputy Director for DFAS -- culminating as Brigadier General, U.S. Army. Once in the private sector, rapidly attained a leadership position as Senior Vice President for a large professional services contractor, with significant profit & loss responsibilities for their rapidly growing DoD Financial and Acquisition Division. Most recently, deputy Program Manager for DoD’s critical Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP), responsible for the activities of 300+ contractors implementing the C4ISR methodology to transform the way DoD conducts business. Experienced in all aspects of business operations and management, client relationship management, large opportunity creation and capture for growth-oriented industry leaders serving the DoD and Federal government.
